Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zeanor Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is 90% unused, & must be in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of dispatching your order.
The item is not a sale or clearance item (final sale items are non-returnable).

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfume bottles.
Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale.
Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.
